Hazen Care Center is a small 26 bed care center with a home-like atmosphere. We have been caring for the elderly in our neighboring communities for over 40 years. Edward and Phyllis Peck started Hazen's in 1962 and it is still family owned and operated. We have a wonderful reputation, with no deficiencies for the last five years (2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004). We pride ourselves on the level of care and comfort provided by our excellent staff. Hazen has the best staff to patient ratio (1 to 4) of any nursing home in the state of Utah. We offer daily activities, wonderful homemade meals, and comfortable surroundings are a few of the things that make Hazen Care Center stand out from the rest.
